Installation of Marcus Canning and Christian de Vietri’s scupture ‘Ascalon’ at St. George’s Cathedral, Perth.
Marcus and Christian won the commission to recreate the legend of St. George and the Dragon and the work
is inspired by the cloak of St. George. The 18m pole represents his lance, named Ascalon in medieval legends.
